Quinta do Lago maintains an independent, confidential internal reporting channel enabling employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to report regulatory infractions in good faith without fear of retaliation.
Reports receive formal acknowledgement within 7 days and a substantiated response within 90 days in accordance with Portuguese Law No. 93/2021.
